so what's the tea...?

Literally, the tea is organic rose petal and rosebud. Famous for its high levels of vitamins and antioxidants, it also tastes GREAT. In addition, you have peppermint chocolate truffles (hand made in Wellington) and an organic cotton face cloth.

Here's a few other things to note. These products are as natural as it gets. But they aren’t anything new to skin care. They are old school! This means they might need a little warm up in your fingers first... but it also means they are totally safe, free from chemicals and they really do work. Your skin is your body’s largest organ and it absorbs everything you put onto it. So show it some love with some good old fashioned, natural skin care.

ROSEHIP BODY SCRUB

This natural exfoliator will buff away dead skin cells and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Use this scrub once or twice a week on your body. Scoop a small amount onto your fingers, then rub onto areas you wish to exfoliate. Rinse off in the shower. Follow with the honey cleanser.

Whats in this scrub? Rosehip seed, Organic aloe vera, Organic jojoba oil and your selected essential oils.

Raw honey cleanser

This raw honey facial cleanser leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean but not dried out. Raw honey is naturally anti-bacterial and full of antioxidants which your skin will love!

Use this cleanser on your face morning and/or at night as a replacement of your usual cleanser. Pump a small amount (less than 1 tsp) of the honey cleanser onto your fingers, lather in your hands first, then rub in small circles on your already wet face for 20 seconds. Rinse off in the shower or with your face cloth and warm water. Follow with the nourishing face oil (or your usual moisturiser if you prefer).

For the body - use in the shower as you would with any body wash.

What's in this cleanser? Organic raw bush honey, Organic castile soap, Organic jojoba and your selected essential oils.

Dripping Oil

nourishing face oil

The adorable little dropper bottle contains a nourishing herbal oil blend intended to moisturise your face after cleansing. You only need a 2-3 drops!

Not sure about using it on your face? Thats okay! This oil is great for all skin and you can give it a try anywhere on the body.

Made by Gracey with love, lavender, rosemary, rosehip, rose petal, calendula, jojoba, almond oil and avocado oil (all organic)... This nourishing oil has some seriously impressive qualities. Anti inflammatory, anti fungal, anti bacterial, soothing, healing, smoothing, regenerative and reccomended for all skin types! Can be used daily or for the occasional boost!

Wait a few minutes before applying make up so it has some time to absorb.

tallow + comfrey body butter

This body butter is extremely nourishing and anti inflammatory. It reduces dryness associated with various skin conditions and is packed full of vitamins and fatty acids. Comfrey offers cell regenerative effects, thanks to the presence of allantoin.

Scoop a small amount of this body butter onto your fingers and rub together to warm it up first. You will notice the texture change as it warms up. This natural product is heat sensitive so needs a little love first. Rub into your skin sparingly, getting a little out at a time. A little goes a long way!

Give the moisturizer a little time to absorb before getting dressed, ideally use as soon as you are out of the shower for the best results.

why go natural?

Have you read the labels on your skin care lately? It’s pretty hard to find products that don’t contain sulfates, formaldehyde, phthalates, petroleum, synthetic fragrances, parabens and other nasty preservatives. They can be called many different names which can make them difficult to identify. They can drastically alter your hormones over time and many have been linked to serious health conditions.

Want to know more? You can research this further yourself if you are interested, I recommend looking on the Environmental Working Group website (www.ewg.org/skindeep) where you can search for products and ingredients to make sure you aren’t ingesting anything toxic through your skin.
